The project developed 43 condominium units on 15 acres of environmentally sensitive woodlands. To follow the town-prescribed rules, the buildings design reduced site coverage and preserved much of the natural environment. The 7 buildings each contained 6 to 7 units, and were concentrated on the eastern portion of the site. The buildings themselves are configured as pinwheels allowing views and privacy for each unit. The warm natural materials of the interiors complement the abundant sunlight and the surrounding views of nature.
