This project envisions interim housing units to resettle people in the wake of a disastrous storm hitting NYC. The design focused on suitable methods and reusable materials. For its well known application and quick assembly methods, scaffolding material becomes a structural frame, either freestanding or attached to an existing building, to hang factory assembled modules off of. Made of insulated panels and air filtration screens to keep dust from reconstruction out, the modules are easy to transport.
