The design creates flexible large open spaces, each floor designed to reflect it specific uses. The exposed concrete floors connect the spaces inside. A built-in screen at the entrance creates a vestibule while filtering light into the stairwell. The windows of the building were replaced with windows with built-in shading devices for sun control.
