The largest building, a multiplex cinema has ground floor retail and office space for community facilities as well as underground parking. The structure is clad in colorful glazed panels sheathed by a layer of expanded metal. The result is a visual effect that changes as one moves. The outside of th office building is a gold tinted glass, while the school is pale blue with green tiles.
