Reusing excess shipping containers that pass through the port every day, the design provides kiosks with street front amenities for the public. When flooding is imminent the containers rotate, and its doors open to close off street corridors for safe evacuation. In conjunction with the aspect of mitigation of flood danger, the project also proposed a network of bike pathways.
