Construction for the new 42,000 square feet offices for CB Insights is underway. As a fast-growing financial tech company that predicts industry trends, CB Insights is in need of an expanded space that inspires productive and creative thinking. The design concept involves bold geometries as solids and voids between spaces, and provisions such as phone booths, plantings, a snack wall, and quiet lounge areas. The 300 person company is expected to move in summer 2019.
